Restructure Agreement

Restructure Agreement. Shall mean the Loan Modification and Restructure Agreement of even date herewith by and among the Company, the Guarantors party thereto, and Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented and/or restated from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof.
