Means that certain Restructuring and Support Agreement, dated as of May 15, 2013, between KAGY Holding Company, Inc., AGY Holding Corp., Kohlberg Partners V, L.P., Kohlberg Investors V, L.P., Kohlberg TE Investors V, L.P., Kohlberg Offshore Investors V, L.P. and certain holders of the 11% Senior Second Lien Notes due 2014 of AGY Holding Corp.
