Retail Agreements
Retail Agreements. Shall mean (a) agreements or contracts between the CoreComm Midwest ILECs and the SBC Midwest ILECs not listed on Exhibit B hereto, plus (b) the right to receive services and facilities under tariffs other than those described in Section 1.55(b) below.
