Retail Channels

Retail Channels. Shall mean the following types of outlets to which, and individual retailers to whom, B&G may supply the Products under this Agreement: grocery stores, specialty stores, gourmet markets, mass merchants, convenience stores, drugstores, warehouse shopping clubs, shopping malls, military and wholesalers and distributors who service the foregoing.
