Retail Outlet Guarantee
Retail Outlet Guarantee. Shall mean any Contingent Liability of a Co-Borrower whereby a Co-Borrower has guaranteed in whole or in part the indebtedness or any other obligation of a customer and/or franchisee of a Co-Borrower.
