Retail/Non-Core Share Units

Retail/Non-Core Share Units. Means notional units of the Retail/Non-Core Business. Prior to any issuance of any REIT Shares upon the vesting of a Retail/Non-Core Share Unit, a Retail/Non-Core Share Unit shall not comprise or convey to Executive any right, title or interest in actual ownership of the Inland REIT or any REIT Shares.
