Retained Digital Assets

Retained Digital Assets. A disk image from all laptops, servers and salesforce content to be retained by Seller, to be used solely in connection with the defense of Seller's Patents, Patent rights and any related Patent settlements or litigation, or any related matter. For purposes of clarity, Seller shall be prohibited from using the Retained Digital Assets for any other commercial activity.
