Retained Easements. Means those certain Retained Easements entered into by the Parties pursuant to the Contribution Agreement by which Sellers reserved the rights to install, operate, monitor, control, maintain, protect, repair, remove and replace their respective Retained Processing Assets at each of the Terminals located on SMEP Owned Real Property and other associated rights as set forth in such easements.
