Example Definitions of "Retained Employees"
Retained Employees. Means any persons employed in the Business who are not on the list of Assumed Employees in Schedule 3 to this Agreement;
Retained Employees. Means any employee, consultant or other individual who works for the Seller on the date hereof on any basis, other that the Acquired Employees and including the individuals whose names are set out in Part Two of Annexure A and "Retained Employee" means any of them;
