RETAINED TERRITORY

RETAINED TERRITORY. Shall mean, on a Collaboration Product-by-Collaboration Product basis, Japan, Korea and Taiwan until the earlier of (i) * with respect to a particular Collaboration Product, or (ii) *, and thereafter shall have the same meaning as Territory with regard to such Collaboration Product.
