Retainer Deferral Account. A bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant to which Retainer Accruals and Dividend Equivalents are credited through the Conversion Date and Interest Equivalents are credited subsequent to the Conversion Date, which Account shall be denominated in Units until the Conversion Date and, thereafter, shall be denominated in dollars.
