Retainer Deferred Share Award

Retainer Deferred Share Award. Means that portion of the Annual Retainer and, if applicable, Board Chair Retainer and/or Committee Chair Retainer that an Eligible Director has elected to defer in the form of a credit to the Eligible Director's Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Section 7.3 of the Program.
