Retainer Payment Date. Means June 1 of each calendar year, commencing June 1, 2003, or if June 1 of any year is not a day on which the New York Stock Exchange is open for trading, the Retainer Payment Date for such year shall be the first day thereafter on which the New York Stock Exchange is open for trading.
