Retention Bonus Amount. The amount of the cash retention bonus that a Participant is eligible to receive hereunder, as set forth in the Participant's Notice of Participation. The Retention Bonus Amount will be expressed in the applicable Notice of Participation as a specific U.S. dollar amount.
