Example Definitions of "Retention Date"
Retention Date. Means the earliest to occur of (i) the date 6 months following the Effective Date, provided that Executive is still employed by the Company on such date; (ii) a Change in Control Date, provided that Executive is still employed by the Company on such date; or (iii) the date of Executive's Involuntary Termination, prior to a Change in Control which occurs during the Term.
Retention Date.
