Retention Period

Retention Period. Shall mean the period ending the earlier of (a) the ---------------- close of the sale of the Business Unit or (b) September 1, 2000.

Retention Period. Means a period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the six-month anniversary of the date on which the Effective Time (as defined in the Merger Agreement) occurs, provided that if the Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement prior to such anniversary date, the Retention Period shall end concurrently with the termination of the Executive's employment.

Retention Period. Means a period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third (3rd) anniversary of the date on which the Effective Date occurs. 9

Retention Period. The period of time between the date of the Retention Notice and the Retention Date.

Retention Period. The period of time beginning on the Merger Closing Date and ending on the date that is eighteen months after the Merger Closing Date.

Retention Period. Shall mean the period beginning with the Date of Grant, and ending on the date of Holder's Separation.

Retention Period. Shall mean the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of the Effective Date.

Retention Period. The period beginning sixty (60) days prior to and ending ninety (90) following the occurrence of the first Corporate Change to occur after the Effective Date.

Retention Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on January 2, 2016.

Retention Period. The period in which Executive will provide services to the Company as an employee under this Agreement, as described in Section 2.1 below. The Retention Period includes the "Transition Period," which is the period during which Executive will provide services to the Company as an employee following the date the Company employs the Successor CEO, as described in Section 2.2 below.
