Example Definitions of "Retirement Benefit"
Retirement Benefit. The term "Retirement Benefit" shall mean a Normal, Early, Vested, or Disability Retirement Benefit, as applicable, provided pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Retirement Benefit. Means, with respect to a particular Written Election, the unpaid balance of a Participant's Participant Deferral Account and his Company Contribution Account attributable to such Written Election, which equals the total of (i) all contributions made by the Participant and allocated to his Participant Deferral Account pursuant to such Written Election, (ii) all contributions made by the Company and allocated to his Company Contribution Account with respect to contributions described in clause... (i) of this section and (iii) all earnings deemed credited to his Participant Deferral Account and his Company Contribution Account from time to time in accordance with Section 3.5(C) with respect to amounts described in clauses (i) and (ii) of this section, reduced by (iv) losses and expenses deemed charged against such accounts from time to time in accordance with Section 3.5(C) with respect to amounts described in clauses (i) and (ii) of this section and (v) any distributions already paid from amounts described in clauses (i) through (iv) of this section. Retirement Benefit. For a particular Participant means an amount equal to the Retirement Fee multiplied by ten (10), subject to the appropriate vesting schedule.
Retirement Benefit. Any pension, lump sum, gratuity or similar benefit provided or to be provided on or after retirement, death, disability or leaving service (except to the extent that such benefits are enhanced where termination of employment is on account of redundancy on or at the request of the employer) in respect of an Employee's employment. This does not include benefits provided under an arrangement the sole purpose of which is to provide benefits on the accidental injury or death of an Employee; and
Retirement Benefit. Any pension plan or pension promise, individual or collective, to which the Company is or may become liable to make any payments
Retirement Benefit. Means an annual benefit equal to the greater of (i) $1,000,000, or (ii) fifty percent (50%) of Highest Average Three-Year Compensation, which in the case of clause (ii) shall in no event exceed one hundred fifty percent (150%) of Final Average Five-Year Compensation; provided, however, than in the event a Qualifying Termination occurs following the date upon which Executive attains age 72, the Retirement Benefit shall equal the greater of the Retirement Benefit or the Enhanced Retirement Benefit
