Retirement in Good Standing. I.in the United States and Canada, termination of employment after the date the Optionee reaches (A) age 55 and the Optionee has 10 or more years of service with the Company and its Subsidiaries, or (B) age 65, regardless of years of service with the Company and its Subsidiaries; andii.in all other jurisdictions, retirement, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.
