Retirement Notice. A written notice from the Grantee to the Committee of the Grantee's intention to retiree from full-time employment and to either permanently retire from the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) and the information technology industry or to change from full-time to part-time status with the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) without any other employment in the information technology industry
Retirement Notice. A written notice from the Grantee to the Committee of the Grantee's intention to have a Separation from Service due to Retirement or Grandfathered Retirement without any other employment in the information technology industry
Retirement Notice.
