Revenue Growth
Revenue Growth. Or "Compound Annual Growth Rate" or "CAGR" for a Long-Term Performance Period shall mean the compound annual growth rate of the Company's revenues (i.e., the Company's fully tax equivalent net interest income and non-interest income) over the Long-Term Performance Period. Non-interest income shall exclude material non recurring events and security gains and losses.
