Reverse Split

Example Definitions of "Reverse Split"
Reverse Split. Means a reverse split of the outstanding shares of Common Stock at a ratio of between one-for-three and one-for-3.5 (as determined by the Board of Directors of the Company and disclosed to the Investors orally prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement) which does not reduce the number of shares of Common Stock that the Company is authorized to issue.
