REVERSION DATE

REVERSION DATE. Shall mean, with respect to a REVERSION EVENT, the earlier of: (a) [***] (or such later date on which ABBOTT declares a REVERSION EVENT in accordance with Section 3.4), (b) [***] years after the date of occurrence of a REVERSION EVENT defined in Sections 3.4 (a)(i) through (iv), or (c) the first date after occurrence of a REVERSION EVENT defined in Section 3.4(a)(v).
