Revised Article 9

Revised Article 9. Means the 1999 revision of Article 9 of the UCC, in the form or substantially in the form approved by The American Law Institute and the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and as set forth in Appendix XVI of the 1999 edition of the Official Text of the Uniform Commercial Code, as amended.

Revised Article 9. Means revised Article 9 as in effect in any jurisdiction from time to time.
