Revolving Loan Borrowers

Revolving Loan Borrowers. All references to the term "Revolving Loan Borrowers" in the Loan Agreement and the other Financing Agreements shall be deemed and each such reference is hereby amended to mean, individually and collectively, Brawn LLC, GBM, Gump's, Silhouettes LLC, HCS LLC, Domestications LLC, CSG LLC and KIS LLC.
