Revolving Loan

Example Definitions of "Revolving Loan"
Revolving Loan. The secured revolving adjustable rate credit Loan or loans made under the Revolving Loan Commitment pursuant to Section 2 hereof.
Revolving Loan. Means a Revolving Loan made pursuant to clause (b) of Section 2.01 and Other Revolving Loans (including a New Revolving Loan constituting Credit Agreement Refinancing Indebtedness thereof made pursuant to, and as defined in, the First Refinancing Amendment).
Revolving Loan. Means a Loan made under the Revolving Facility.
Revolving Loan. Means the conditional revolving line of credit facility in an amount up to $40,000,000.00, as described in Section 2.1 of the Loan Agreement and as provided in the revolving note, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1 to this Amendment.
Revolving Loan. Shall mean advances or loans made by the Bank to the Borrower under this Agreement.
Revolving Loan. Has that meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals hereto.
Revolving Loan. The Non-Revolving Loan, the Revolving Loan and the Mortgage Loan are collectively referred to as the "Odyssey Loans."
Revolving Loan. The revolving loan from the Custodian to the Company in the aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000.
Revolving Loan. The Revolving Loan.
