Revolving Note

Example Definitions of "Revolving Note"
Revolving Note. Shall mean the revolving note in the form attached as Exhibit C.
Revolving Note. Means a promissory note in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto in the principal amount of the Revolving Loan Amount, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time and each note delivered in substitution or exchange for such note.
Revolving Note. Means the Borrowers' Replacement Revolving Note, payable to the order of the Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached to the Seventh Amendment, as same may be renewed and amended from time to time, and all replacements thereto.
Revolving Note. Heska Revolving Note, the Diamond Revolving Note or the Heska Imaging Revolving Note
Revolving Note. The revolving promissory note dated September 21, 2012, in the principal amount of $25,000,000.00, payable by Borrower to the order of Lender, and all renewals and extensions of, and substitutions for, that note.
Revolving Note. Means the Note dated December 15, 2017 executed by Borrowers in favor of Lender in the stated principal amount of Fifteen Million and 00/100 Dollars ($15,000,000.00).
Revolving Note. The Non-Revolving Note, the Revolving Note and the Mortgage Note are collectively referred to as the "Odyssey Notes."
Revolving Note. Means the Amended and Restated Revolving Note of even date herewith executed by the Companies in favor of Secured Party in the principal amount of $13,000,000.00, as it may be amended, restated or replaced from time to time.
Revolving Note. The Revolving Promissory Note dated June 15, 2015, in the principal amount of $2,000,000.00, payable by MAALT, L.P. to the order of Lender, and all renewals, extensions, modifications, and substitutions for that note.
