RI Member. Means any person or entity that now or in the past has had a "Subscriber," "Individual," "Corporate" or other level of membership in Reputation Institute; has received any benefits or privileges made available to individuals with such levels of membership in Reputation Institute, including, without limitation, access to all or any part of the Data through Fombrun, Reputation Institute or any RI Affiliate.
