Right of Cross-Reference

Right of Cross-Reference. With regard to a Party, allowing the applicable Regulatory Authority in a country to have access (by cross-reference, incorporation by reference or otherwise) to relevant information contained in the Regulatory Documentation filed with such Regulatory Authority with respect to a Party's Antibody, only to the extent necessary for the applicable purpose as specified in this Amendment.
