RII PARTIES. Is RII, Ritz Camera Centers, Inc., and any Affiliates of RII. For purposes of this Agreement, "AFFILIATES" means any other person or entity that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with, RII.
