Rio Bravo Securities

Rio Bravo Securities. Means (i) any shares of Common Stock owned by Rio Bravo Enterprise or Wilson acquired pursuant to the Stockholder's Agreement and (ii) any Common Stock issued with respect to the Common Stock referred to in clause (i) by way of a stock dividend, stock split or reverse stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or otherwise.
