Risk Premium Agreement

Risk Premium Agreement. Shall mean that certain Risk Premium Payment Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company and the Purchasers, and in substantially the form attached as Exhibit D, as the same may be amended, restated and otherwise in effect from time to time.
