RISKBASED CAPITAL RATIO

RISKBASED CAPITAL RATIO. Shall mean, with respect to any Person as at any date of determination thereof, the ratio of (a) total Adjusted Capital (as defined by the NAIC) for such Person as at such date of determination to (b) Authorized Control Level Risk-Based Capital (as defined by the NAIC) for such Person as at such date of determination.
