Riverwood

Riverwood. Means, collectively, RW LSG Holdings LLC, RW LSG Management Holdings LLC and any transferee of either that is an Affiliate of such person to whom rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement are assigned in accordance with Section 10.1 of this Agreement; provided, that any such transferee that ceases to hold Registrable Securities shall no longer be "Riverwood."
