rIVIG Product. The term "rIVIG Product" shall mean a recombinant polyclonal antibody formulation being developed, manufactured or marketed by, or on behalf of Sorrento, its Affiliates or licensees, whose use, manufacture, or sale would infringe upon one or more Valid Claims.
