RMS Technology. RMS' proprietary technologies, such as technologies which it may legally license, relating to the EGFR Assay or to RMS' instruments or platforms, including intellectual property therein which are acquired, possessed, developed, or Controlled by RMS during the Term of this Agreement, and any information, data and materials relating thereto. RMS Technology shall not include Project Results or Inventions.
