Example Definitions of "RMSS SOFTWARE"
RMSS SOFTWARE. Shall mean the object code and/or Source Code of any program or part of a program as described in Exhibit A licensed hereunder to Licensee but including in all events a product known between the parties as OTS. RMSS Software includes all Base Modifications, all Modifications authored by or for RMSS, and all Releases issued during the term of Maintenance under this Agreement.
