Example Definitions of "ROAIC"
ROAIC. The Company's return on average invested capital, after tax. Unless determined otherwise by the Committee when granting an award, ROAIC shall be calculated by multiplying EBIT by 1 minus the Company's tax rate and dividing this amount by average invested capital, all as adjusted for unusual items. Average invested capital is the twelve-month rolling average of total assets less cash and cash equivalents and non-interest bearing liabilities.
