ROAIC
ROAIC. The Company's return on average invested capital, after tax. Unless determined otherwise by the Committee when granting an award, ROAIC shall be calculated by multiplying EBIT by 1 minus the Company's tax rate and dividing this amount by average invested capital, all as adjusted for unusual items. Average invested capital is the twelve-month rolling average of total assets less cash and cash equivalents and non-interest bearing liabilities.
