Cope and/or Elizabeth Cope (and specifically excluding members of the Family of Robert S. and Elizabeth Cope who are the owners of shares of Common Stock registered in their names) and specifically including shares of the Company's Common Stock registered in the name of or otherwise deemed to be owned by Robert S. Cope in his capacity as Trustee of the Cope Family Trust dated September 12, 1972 ("Cope").
