Example Definitions of "ROBIC Margin Bonus"
ROBIC Margin Bonus. With respect to a Participant for a fiscal year shall be equal to the dollar amount calculated by multiplying such Participant's Base Salary with respect to such fiscal year by: (1) 0(zero)%, if the ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year is less than the Entry ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year, or (2) 50% if the ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year is at least equal to the Entry ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year, and (if the ROBIC Margin with respect to... such fiscal year exceeds the Entry ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year) an additional Target Incentive Percentage for each Basis Point that the ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year exceeds the Entry ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year, up to and including the Target ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year, and (if the ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year exceeds the Target ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year) an additional Stretch Incentive Percentage for each Basis Point that the ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year exceeds the Target ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year, up to and including the Stretch ROBIC Margin with respect to such fiscal year.
