Roche Assigned Improvements

Roche Assigned Improvements. Any data, discoveries and inventions that: (i) relate solely to the Sangamo Patents or Sangamo Information, and (ii) are improvements to the Sangamo Patents or Sangamo Information (other than the Roche Cell Lines or [***]), and (iii) that arise out of Roche's use of the Sangamo Patents or Sangamo Information in connection with the generation of the Roche Cell Lines or the [***], and all intellectual property rights therein.
