ROCHE HPV Patents. Means certain patent rights owned by or licensed to ROCHE, covering the HPV Products, as further specified in Exhibit A of this Agreement, including all divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part applications, substitutes, reissues, renewals, re-examinations and extensions of any of the said patent rights, and all patents worldwide issuing on any of the patent applications included within the said patent rights.
