Roche Knowhow. Means any information and data concerning the manufacture of Compound and Products and the chemical, physical, pharmaceutical, toxicological, pre-clinical and clinical attributes of Compound in the possession of Roche on the Effective Date. Roche Know-how shall not include Pozen Know-how.
