ROFR Agreement
ROFR Agreement. Means the Sixth Amended and Restated Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement, dated as of even date herewith, by and among the Company and the stockholders of the Company parties thereto, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
