ROFR Waiver
ROFR Waiver. Means the waiver by Enron of its right of first refusal granted pursuant to Section 5.6 of that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated June 29, 2001, between Enron and EOTT, in the form of Exhibit F hereto.
