RollUp Register

RollUp Register. Means annotations to the Register setting forth, with respect to each Lender and each Class of Loans, the amount of Loans designated as Roll-Up Loans, such annotations to be prepared by the DIP Term Loan Agent and delivered to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Roll-Up Date.
