ROW Accounting Support Services. Shall mean, with respect to the purchase and sale of products and services to third parties from outside of North America, financial and accounting support, recordkeeping, customer billing and collections, order processing, accounts payable processing, and preparing and reporting of monthly estimates and results, as further specified in Schedule 1.13.
