Example Definitions of "Royalty"
Royalty. Shall mean any of the Past Royalty, the Technology Access Fee, the Technology Transfer Fee or any Running Royalty or Pass-Through Royalty.
Royalty. Means a royalty of 3.5% net smelter returns payable to the Optionor, as more particularly set out in Schedule "B" hereto.
Royalty. Means the royalties due EURAND on Net Sales of the Product by or on behalf of AVANIR, its Affiliates or any sublicensee in accordance with Section 10.
