RSA Approval Order

RSA Approval Order. The order, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to each of the Debtors, the Shareholder Proponents, and the Requisite Consenting Noteholders, approving this Agreement and the Parties' entry into this Agreement, which shall be entered by the Bankruptcy Court no later than the RSA Deadline.

RSA Approval Order. Means an order, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtors, the Requisite Consenting Fire Claimant Professionals, and the Shareholder Proponents, approving this Agreement.
