RSU Rule 12h-1(f). Rule 12h-1(f), but read as if it applied to restricted stock units instead of stock options, with all conditions of Rule 12h-1(f) applicable to restricted stock units as if they were stock options (except to the extent necessary to reflect any structural differences between restricted stock units and stock options generally)
